This 4 week exercise and education program is designed for mothers 6 weeks to 12 months post-birth. Restore Your Core will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently navigate your return to exercise safely after the birth of your baby.
At the end of this program you should be able to:
- Carry, settle and lift your baby
- Be aware of your pelvic floor and feel confident that you are using it correctly
- Perform exercise without excessive pressure on your tummy and pelvic floor.
- Return to exercise such as pilates, yoga and gym training.
