Reconnecting with your inner strength post birth

This 4 week exercise and education program is designed for mothers 6 weeks to 12 months post-birth. Restore Your Core will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently navigate your return to exercise safely after the birth of your baby. 

​At the end of this program you should be able to:​

  • Carry, settle and lift your baby
  • Be aware of your pelvic floor and feel confident that you are using it correctly
  • Perform exercise without excessive pressure on your tummy and pelvic floor.
  • Return to exercise such as pilates, yoga and gym training.
