Matthew Haswell - Physiotherapist

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons)

Areas of Interest

Matthew has a special interest in cycling injuries and bike fitting for managing and preventing injuries. He also enjoys treating all sporting and musculoskeletal injuries but has a particular interest in treating people with knee and hip pain.

Why I became a Physiotherapist

I became a physio because I am very injury prone and spent plenty of time in physiotherapy rooms receiving treatment for my many sporting injuries, most recently my dislocated shoulder.

I also enjoy helping people and physiotherapy allows me to help people with their health and fitness, which is an area I am also very passionate about.

I find it very rewarding to be able to help people with their pain and injures so that they are able to return to their normal life and achieve their goals.

Something else about me

I grew up in Toowoomba and Highfields and am a passionate cyclist myself. I live with my lovely wife Nicola and our pet.
