Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology

Ally graduated from Griffith University Gold Coast in 2022 with a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Since then, she has worked as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in a multidisciplinary private practice on the Gold Coast, gaining over two years of experience delivering exercise-based treatment to clients with a wide range of conditions.

Ally has developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, cardiorespiratory health, strength and conditioning, and neurological conditions—particularly Parkinson’s disease. She is passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life through tailored, evidence-based exercise programs.

Originally from Stanthorpe, Ally grew up with a strong sporting background, competing in soccer, athletics, swimming, and netball. She recently relocated to Toowoomba with her husband to be closer to friends and family and to enjoy the relaxed country lifestyle.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys going to the gym, reading, and running with her husband, including participating in the local parkrun. She’s also a dog lover and enjoys discovering new restaurants with great food.
